Sunrise Along the Riverside


Seeing the sun rise
From along the riverside
A new crescent moon
Riding high
Still up in the sky
Periwinkle pale-yellow peach
As the sun begins its' reach
To come upon
True dawn
The risen river rushes
Reflecting
