Love Light

Venus beams it's love alone
Watching from across the sky
As the Moon does a half step
Promenading with Jupiter
This evening it suits her
To explore the night
Lead by naught
Save her own light

A Calm Moment

Standing

Still amongst the onrushing
Cold winds blowing around me
The mist of my breath is taken
Lost in the night time
As my eyes are drawn upward
To the light of the full moon rising
Finding a calm moment
With a clear mind
I hear fallen leaves crisp
Wafting in evening autumn air
Chilled, howling and brisk
