Enjoy The Ride

Unsure of where the road

Will take me

But I know

Where I want to go

Still learning how

To draw the map

Attaining skills

I sometimes lack

The courage

To step up

Instead of backward

Now I have learned

To not fear failure

So much as to not try

If needed I'll find

My hidden strength

Stored and waiting

To be drawn upon

In thanks I will

Appreciate

Each small grace

As it takes place

And experience

All feeling

Unabashed

Grateful

To have

Every moment

I'm given

A choice
